Return and Refund Policy
■About cancellations
1) We accept cancellations of orders before the product is shipped or produced. If you cancel your order, we will refund the full amount.
2) Cancellations cannot be accepted after the product has been shipped.
■Returns and refunds due to product defects
We will refund your purchase if the following conditions are met:

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
If the product is faulty or if you receive a different product than the one you ordered, we will refund you if you wish to return it.
Response period: If you contact us within 5 days of receiving the product
*If more than 5 days have passed since the product arrived, or if the product has been used, we may not be able to respond even if you contact us. Please be sure to check the product as soon as it arrives.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a receipt notification and notify you of whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

If you haven't received your refund yet
1) First, check your bank account again.
2) Next, contact your credit card company.
3) Then contact your bank.
It may take some time for the refund to be reflected.
4) If you've done all of the above and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at reikoparts@outlook.com.
■Return Policy (if applicable)
Items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them. They must also be in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for returns. Please contact Customer Service to ensure your return address is correct.
Please note: Custom orders and personalized products do not qualify for a 14-day refund.
■Return procedure
To return an item, please email reikoparts@outlook.com with your name, address, order number, and the item(s ) you wish to return.
Please note: Please do not use online chat or customer service phone numbers to request a return. Due to our internal privacy policy, our representatives are not permitted to access your personal information and therefore cannot answer questions regarding returns.
Upon receiving your written request, we will respond with detailed instructions for returning the goods . Failure to provide such written notice shall constitute irrevocable acceptance of the goods and their full compliance with all terms, conditions, and specifications of this Agreement.
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 7 business days for your order to be processed and for you to receive store credit. During peak season, we experience higher than normal volume and processing times may take longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your return is complete.
■Shipping costs for returned items
Please note that you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. For items over 1000 yen, we recommend using a trackable delivery service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
■Sale items
All sales, discounts or bundled items are considered final sales and cannot be exchanged for store credit or returned.
In order to improve our service and quality in the future, we ask that you please contact us in advance if the product is defective, attaching an image that clearly shows the defective part.
