*If the package does not fit in the mailbox, it will be taken back and a missed delivery notice will be left.

*Delivery will be made to your home mailbox. Please be sure to check the nameplate and lock your mailbox.



[If the delivery company's storage period has expired]
If the product is returned to our store due to reasons such as cancellation after shipping, loss of contact, refusal to receive, or long-term absence due to failure to receive within the delivery company's storage period (one week from the date of shipment), we will charge you the shipping fee from our store to the store and the shipping fee for returning the product to our store. ■About cancellations

■Return Policy (if applicable)

Items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them. They must also be in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for returns. Please contact Customer Service to ensure your return address is correct.

Please note: Custom orders and personalized products do not qualify for a 14-day refund.

■Return procedure

To return an item, please email reikoparts@outlook.com with your name, address, order number, and the item(s ) you wish to return.

Please note: Please do not use online chat or customer service phone numbers to request a return. Due to our internal privacy policy, our representatives are not permitted to access your personal information and therefore cannot answer questions regarding returns.

Upon receiving your written request, we will respond with detailed instructions for returning the goods . Failure to provide such written notice shall constitute irrevocable acceptance of the goods and their full compliance with all terms, conditions, and specifications of this Agreement.

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 7 business days for your order to be processed and for you to receive store credit. During peak season, we experience higher than normal volume and processing times may take longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your return is complete.

■Shipping costs for returned items

Please note that you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. For items over 1000 yen, we recommend using a trackable delivery service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

■Sale items

All sales, discounts or bundled items are considered final sales and cannot be exchanged for store credit or returned.


In order to improve our service and quality in the future, we ask that you please contact us in advance if the product is defective, attaching an image that clearly shows the defective part.
